Laughter: the best medicine
Leigh and I laugh together a lot… daily. Seriously. We have fits of laughter. The kind of laughter so deep that tears flow but no sound comes out. Jaw muscles are sore and abs burn as if one just completed a workout.

Good night, sleep tight.
We loooove to cuddle. Physical touch is one of our primary love languages. It is such an unconscious necessity. Even when asleep, some part of our bodies must be touching. It could be toe to toe, as long as there is some kind of contact. I think it’s a security thing. We both feel comfortable and safe in each others’ presence. We sleep more soundly, together.
